This week Mixed Media Monday's theme is places. New York is one of my favorite places to visit. I want to go back. The statue of Liberty is an awesome site. So here is my entry and tribute to Lady Liberty.
I'll meet you there! I have never visited and have always wanted to go. The Statue of Liberty evokes such emotion, doesn't it? This is a very strong and powerful piece.
We were in NY on business years ago, and the closest I got to Lady Liberty was the Staten Island Ferry because the tours were closed. I hope to go back some day, as I'd love to see it, as well as see my Grandfather's name on the wall of immigrants. :-)
Wonderful card!
