Mixed Media Monday's challenge for the week is to use paint somehow in the project. I decided to use gesso and black paint on my collage. This is an 8 x 10 canvas. The black paint is used only on the outside edges. This was a lot of fun to work on. I am inspired by Claudine Hellmuth's work and took a few tips from her while doing this. I hope my mother-in -law (God rest her soul) is happy with this piece. I found this picture of her and knew one day I would find a way to display it.
